Thankful & Full

"There is a shifting happening and you all had the front row seat."

If you have been a part of this newsletter from the beginning you have had the most amazing front row seat to growth. 6 months ago I shared my honest heartfelt thoughts with each of you in this post right here.

On this day, I talked about how special this newsletter is to me and how I do not want to see it dissolved. I opened up the newsletter to my staff and they each took turns writing from their hearts since then. I Invite you to pause and take a read back on that day to get a full emotional picture of how much today truly means.

Today I am thankful and I am full in my heart. It's not because of the Thanksgiving dinner I just had on yesterday. (Yup, I wrote this the day after Thanksgiving). It is because I set out to make a difference and to change hearts and that is exactly what I did here. The staff and I gathered for another dinner and during this time together, it became ever so clear that they just don't have the time to commit to this newsletter the way we wish we all could. This is a thankful goodbye.

As the therapist meet in sessions with clients and as this company grows, we need to focus our time and energy on the things that are right directly in front of us. That's changing the minds and hearts of the clients that are before us day in and day out. This newsletter was always something extra that could reach beyond the couch, but when your hands are full holding the hands of those in front of you and those around you, you have to take a step back. I know I don't speak alone when I say we are so grateful that you let us into your homes and you allowed us to pour out our hearts.

We pray that something we said was motivational and made you pause and think of your own life. This is a official signing off and praying you were blessed by this newsletter. Feel free to reply and share your thoughts with us, we would love to hear them.

Thank you, God Bless and Have a Blessed New Year!

#MotivationalMonday Are you HAPPY? Habits That Quietly Steal Your Happiness- How to Take Your Joy Back. I’ve learned the hard way that happiness doesn’t always slip away because of big, dramatic events. More often, it’s the small, everyday habits—the repetitive thoughts, the carried pressures, the roles we juggle, and/or the choices we make via muscle memory that slowly steal our joy. These habits often feel normal or can even feel productive, but they quietly eat away at your emotional...

#MotivationalMonday Rising Above The Clouds Seasonal Depression Hi Everyone! It’s that time of year where the sun starts setting earlier, the weather is cooler, and the energy seems to be heavy. Some may even say the energy is off. Many people suffer from seasonal depression, and they don’t realize it. Some people notice that they thrive better in the warmer months, they enjoy being outside in the sun, and they are just happier. If you are one of those people, it’s okay! Please know there is...

#MotivationalMonday Finding My Voice From my earliest memory, my voice was soft and gentle — soothing, quiet. I was raised in a world where children were to be seen, not heard. Even so, I grew to know that my voice carried words with care, savoring each meaning. Whether it was Easter recitals, classroom projects, or scripture readings, my voice evoked passion, courage, and thought in others — even when I was unaware. But let me ask you this: What have you silenced in yourself that God is...
